Democratic California Governor Newsome and his band of morons are rapidly changing California into a cesspool. It's not an accident, it's intentional. Soon no normal, reasonable human being will want to live in his personal trash bin. It's no wonder that many Companies are leaving California. At one time people wanted to move here, now they want to move away..... anywhere.

I would venture a guess most of them are moving here to Texas. No state income tax, still many personal freedoms that Californians no longer have. Toyota recently moved their North American HQ here from CA. Brought over 4,000 employees and their families with them. Hopefully they don't continue to vote the way they did on the Left Coast, or they will ruin this place too... Roll Eyes

K&N is about to join the hundreds of California Companies that have moved to Texas. Many of our friends now live in Texas. It would be New Bern, North Carolina for us.

About 120 years ago, everyone was riding horses or horse drawn vehicles! While this is no longer the primary transportation around the world, there are still horse races most everywhere. Motorsports will survive too.

Jobs will be lost? Sure, just like today there is no big market for buggy whips, saddles, horseshoes, bridles, and on and on. The current markets will change over time and new opportunities will create new jobs.

It is time to realize that the future is here and change has always happened!

Imaging a better tomorrow!

David knows, but I think jobs, here in USA, will grow. Good jobs. Battery production, renewables build out and care&feeding.

He was referring to the two posts above; not the policy.

California has no base structure, has crumbled. The electrical grid is a 1900’s mess, billions if not more plus years of work and then we have the lack of water, lack of Fire/ Police protection —— How the hell do you move forward with no foundation?

Come to California! We’ll give you a driver license and a check but we want your vote too!

And in the latest of California's self inflicted problems and the dumb policies to come from it.

I watched numerous San Diego Gas and Electric public announcements on television this week stating that they are expecting many rolling "Black Outs" during high wind days. The reason is the fire potential from downed power lines. High wind days in Southern California are very common so a lot of EV's are not going to be able to charge the batteries, they are going nowhere. Many of us who live in the back country purchased gas powered generators, very few of us have EV's and the few that do won't be using their generators to change a car battery.

I can hear the pre-planned excuses, "Sorry boss I can't come to work this week my EV battery is dead". I can also hear the reply, "Sorry, no work no pay. Get a gas powered vehicle or find another job".
