That said, the right tool for the job has been a screw driver for at least 70 years. Same screw driver used by the legends of drag racing like Grumpy snd Glidden and STILL used by many racers today. Then in the 80s someone came up with a specific jet install/removal tool that was first sold and still is by Moroso for those that can not install/remove a jet without boogering up the slot. Today with several carb companies now using jets with a hex head, the right tool is a 5/16” nut driver and several companies sell an install/removal tool for this style jet too.

I tack weld and safety wire my jets to prevent failure.

I use a grinder and a pair of Dykes to remove.

Didn't think of that It's funny that you think everyone makes comments to engage you. You first told him to use a nut driver which was no help at all so you obviously didn't really consider your answer.

I posted a tool to do things correctly and you got offended because it wasn't what you thought should be used. You then changed your suggestion to a screwdriver that is too small for the job and then called anyone who doesn't do it your way a disparaging name. I commented to you back after you engaged me first.

This is first hand experience and a nice way to do things. Nobody is trying to force you or anyone else to use suggestions from others but I'm not going to stop posting something that is a good idea because you don't like it. Why do you get so up in arms about it when things are different than what you do?

I race. Mostly online with cards. No tow expenses. It works for me

Yeah, I'm a bad comedian, but don't care because I'm cool like that.

Might be at MG this weekend. Can I rent one of your rides 1320?

Cool
