Anyone here whoi welds aluminum fuel tanks. Ev er had 1 100% sealed after first weld? mTwo id so Hats off to you and what kind of maching? Not that machiune is issue rather the user is.

Wlded tank for car this weekend. One needed more fuel,once tuned out and leaned down maybe not so much. Plus extra weight ion a fed's nose never really bad thing. 5.5 feet of weld and 4 leaks. Minor but PIA, Hell two of them took about as long to get to seal as rest of damn weld did, Ended up grinding clean and welding back over them.
