Wondering if anyone here has tried running the Edelbrock BV3 cylinder head on a bracket bbc. I know of 3 locals guys running this head, two are nitrous heads up combinations, one is a N/A heads up deals. Both nitrous combinations use heads prepared by BES. The N/A combination I believe was from Schmidt. One thing I know for sure is getting castings has been an issue in the past. The reason I ask is I know some say the 9 degree head may or may not make more power than other BBC symmetrical port heads. The BV3 is an 11 degree and BES offers their own cast/single 4 intake that was a joint venture with Uratchko. Just curious if some of the fast bracket cars have tried the BV3 to compare. | ||
