My car came with a Demon carb. I swapped my Quick Fuel on this season, and it must be a little taller, because I can feel the tension on the hood from the 14" air cleaner. I'd like to go to a much smaller diameter air cleaner. Any suggestions for a drop base and diameter? Looking at K&N's site wasn't much help.

look at Napa #'s 735-4428 it's a 9" dia, or 735-4887 its a 14" low profile base I think, or 735-3734 it is a 14" also. Hope this helps.

Chuck, I have a drop base air cleaner on my Camaro, from when I had the BB in it. I think its either 14 or 15 inch in diameter. I'll see if
i can find a part number on it when I go in the garage.
