Race Pac Sportsman Troubleshooting
10 yr old Sportsman Race Pac.Popped the SD card in last weekend in the digger and unit will not recognize multiple cards I have. Yellow / amber light only.Always have used pushbutton to record and it tested fine.
All power and ground sources checked out fine. Do these units have a shelf life or can they be fixed ? It has workrd flawlessly up to the first use this year.

I would give Performance Data Systems in California a call. They repair these things and are experts on all things Racepak so I am sure they can get you fixed up. The card slots can sometime be temperamental and need alignment. Todd or Anthony are the guys I talk to out there.

Was going to say give Todd Pattin a call b ut got beat to it. He pretty **** smella and knows racepak kinside and out. Just do not tell him Chris McBride said he smart might kill the guy.LOL

Big shout out to Todd and Anthony at PDS. They repaired and shipped the logger and cards back the same day they got them.
