Race equipment is two dragsters, golf cart with canopy.
We are in a 44’ gooseneck now. We use pretty much all the floor space when including the tool box and work bench up front. I think 33’ for cars and golf cart.
Thinking about an LQ trailer. But few of the garages are 28’plus. Need sleeping for one couple and 1 or two more.
One thought if we find one with a pass through is room for sleeping in the garage section. But we still need enough room to get everything there.
Talk to me about your gooseneck/dually setups for overnights

A good friend of mine had a LQ trailer that had no hard partitions, but a retractable wall he would put down once he got to the track and unloaded.

He had two couches that folded up to the wall and were used as couches during the day, and they also folded down for the kids' beds at night.

If you wanted to stop halfway to the track, or got to the track really late, you couldn't access those beds until you unloaded. But it maximized the garage space when towing, and the LQ space once unloaded and set up.

My trailer is a 44 foot Gooseneck and I converted it to a limited living quarters. Did not put a full bathroom because I did not want to take up floor space. I did put a shower in there with water heater so I can take a nice shower. I carefully laid it out so I would have as much floor space as possible in the shop portion.

And to answer your question. No, there is never enough room in your trailer.

I used to have room in my trailer but some idiot keeps adding crap.

My wife has a rule for clothing in the closet, if you don't use it in a year, get rid of it. Obviously she's the smarter member of this partnership.

Looked at an older 48’ with lq including a slide. Lq was ideal. But only 29.5’ isn’t gonna cut it for two dragsters and a golf cart.

Curly, did you build the sofa conversion? Very nice! I have an abundance of 2x2 steel and I’d like to build that. Text me please.

The fold out couch I found on Facebook, it was new out of a RV trailer. I think I paid $100 for it. Did not come with the legs so you can see where I had to make the ends to mount it on. No big deal and it all worked out really well. I believe they are called Jackknife couches and come up for sale pretty often on Marketplace. I had to be creative to get it in there where it would fold out to the bed and still be able to use the stairs to get to upstairs bed.

Also I found perfect size plastic totes that go under the couch for lots of storage.

Not seen in the picture I got some blackout drapes for over window and with all the insulation in there and not much light you can sleep really good in there.
