I have done this on two of our cars. One worked out rather well, the second one was a monster and I'm still not totally happy with it.

Anyone have some pointers to share as I am getting ready to do this again on another project? I use Comp Engineering hinges & door openers. Already have them so that's what I will use again.

If these are the door hinges that you are using I would suggest something different.
