While I doid not get milage I hoped for. I did end p with 16 mpg with tuned up v-6 with new exhaust. The hotrod bug take bite and ended up dropping 350 out of my old Z/28 into it with kits and headers. Swapped heads for little milder set. W.ith 700R4 and 3.42 gear set if keep foot out of it I am getting 21 mpg. That is hard to do because damn fun to drive.LOL

Guess grandpa was right, If got enough motor to do the job it will not have to work hard to do it.So can have power and milage.

Now working on buggy with old school 327 and ooking for 4spd thransmission, Automatics are boring.LOL
