You have surface crazing (microscopic cracking). Cleaning it temporarily fills them and then it just comes back.

You need to polish it. I just did my cars with harbor freight dual action polisher for paint correcting. They sell the pads there too. And McGuire's two part polishes for paint correcting. Works awesome on paint and our chevelle looks like new. I used the same technique on the windshield of corvette that is Lexan and it looks like new. I think put Adams ceramic with graphene coating in it along with whole car. It looks brand new - maybe better.

You need to get rid of the cracking or it will never look right. I heard that pledge polish will fill in cracks but never tried it. Might want to try that but it is a temp fix. Polishing it removes them and is not very hard to do - just a little upfront money for the polisher 135 bucks but you can use it for any other vehicles - truely is amazing the scratches it removes. My new renegade has a scratch and I just removed it yesterday in about 2minutes. The DA polishers will not burn thru the paint like old polishers unless your stupid and keep it in one place for 20-30seconds.

The odd part of the situation is that it only effects the inside of the windows. IDK
