Does anyone know if the RPM output switch is enabled with rpm settings of 0 and 2000 rpm will the brown wire supply a ground when the ignition is turned on?

MSD Grid 7730 Output Switch will only output when the Time from Launch Timer (TFLT) is running which requires cycling the Launch input.
