You can get what you are looking for brodix headhunters. Might be worth calling Chris Wilson. http://wilsonraceengines.net/

Agreed Chris SPANKY Wilson does a nice 598 with BB3 on alcohol at 1000 hp that just went 4.50 at 1870 lbs in my son Cory's car. Made more hp on gas...

Don't need 20* to make 1000hp for sure. Head Hunter heads will make well over 1000 with 598-615 and be a nice low maintenance set up.

There are a number of heads that will produce 1000HP with those cubes. No need for the SR20's or big chief stuff.
A decent 582 with Dart 355 Pro 1 heads with do the trick. Your 320's are too small and an older design ports but in the right hands these could be ported to do the job also. Dart, Brodix and AFR have a number of conventional heads that will also do the trick.

Check out CFE’s BMF heads. We have the 350s on our two 555’s. Been 4.64/148 7.32/182 at 1930#. They flow a little better than the Dart 355 CNC’s we have on our 540 that’s been 7.43/180. Both heads out of the box with the original CNC program, no additional porting.

Probably could get more out of them as a 582.
