Occasionally the AC blower takes a while to come on above low speed and it often runs on after I've shut everything off and am walking away. Where do I start looking? Dealership?

If it has auto temp control there is a blower module that’s bad if it doesn’t have auto temp then it’s the blower motor resistor. Both are located close the blower motor should be 2 small screws holding it in
