FastLaneWhich MC? I have had a few Strange MCs, including the current one, do this. This one has less than 100 miles on it.

Curly1Does sound like a bad master cylinder. I had one go bad on one of my trucks, felt funny and mushy a few times then all the way to floor with no brakes at all! I was pulling into a gas station and luckily I was able to run off in a field and get it stopped.
Also a secondary and less likely possibility is the system needs to be bled good or you may need residual check valves in the lines.

Wild Wild West 2I've got a Strange MC and it does the same thing after it sits unused for more than a month. The pedal goes to the floor with no feel of pressure at all. I have to bleed all 4 wheels to get a good pedal when this happens.
I just wonder if Strange actually manufactures their own MC or if they just re-brand a Chrysler MC ?

DragRaceResultsBottom line, it's bleeding off somewhere and that would be the go to spot to check first.

EmanSimple test, buy 2 plugs for the MC. Remove the lines and put the plugs in. If the pedal stays hard it's not the MC.
Years ago the Corvettes with 4 piston cast iron calipers had problems where the pedal would get soft. The calipers would allow air in through the piston seals as the cast iron was rough. If you look for calipers for those cars they sell sleeved calipers because of the problem.
