Patching a Fuel Cell
Anyone have any success repairing a crack in a plastic fuel cell (RCI)?

I'd be more confident plastic welding it. Many good 2 part epoxies that would probably work fine , but fuel would always have me concerned. You know anyone in a body shop ?? A nitrogen welder would probably work the best.

Why bother? A new one is under $200

I'm with Ed on this one, just replace the cell.
