Best way to remove speedometer block off plug ? Is there room to knock this out if governor cover is removed ?

again, why?

I am going to guess because he wants to hook up his speedo, pretty simple thing to figure out.

Thanks Trans Lady for your reply .... Been real busy going to try and get at this this weekend. I'm quite nervous of doing this thinking case might crack . I really need not be a pessimist and be more optimistic
