I was wondering if anyone has used these. Flow numbers seem to be 353 and 278 at .700 lift. Have these on a 489 BBC and was wondering if anyone had them on a BBC and how well they performed.

Looks like the are the same or similar to the Speedmaster (ProComp) heads.

If you are looking for a budget Chinese BBC head I would look at Chad Speier prepped Flowtek heads.

Best offshore castings I've seen are used by ProMaxx. Thick decks, good guides and seats, weigh about as much as AFR, Brodix, etc. and pass hardness test with flying colors. About $1150/pair bare. No comparison to ProComp junk.

Organized people are just too lazy to look for their $h!t.

I already have these on a motor I got with a car so was just wondering what they are and what to expect. It’s a 489 roller motor

The PBM strikeforce heads are procomp.
They should work reasonably well in your 498.
Since it's a roller cam with roller springs I would advise making sure you have the longest exhaust rocker stud (bottom length into the head) you can install.
I actually advice this on any aluminum BBC head with big roller springs.
