wideopen231coating for high load friction
Looking fo suggestions on coating for engine parts. Specifically rocker adjusters and pushrod ball cups. While Hemi has strongest bottom end there is. Its valve train does lack some. Especially in engines with non pressure feed lifters. On TFX,BRAD Anderson,KB and Jp-1 stuff there is not oil feed to lifters, thru pushrods and only oiling is thrfew rocker shafts and then intakes have squirter holes and exhaust do not.
Keeping exhaust alive is rarely a issue. Keeping intake ajusters and cups alive is most always a issue. Even removing restrictor to topside does very little.
I know there are dozens of coatings out there. Would like to find a DIY coating, dip or bake on product. Not against commercial deal if not needing to pay three times cost of parts because do not have a thousand pieces to do.
Suggestion?

wideopen231Have sent them a question oin site about it. Did not know they did other parts. I am planning on set of spool and pinion bearings with new gear from them in future. Got to decide on final gear and get new mahined for weight gear.
Hopefully they can give me suggetion that I can afford to do. With limited number of part I have to do. about 40 total 20 adusters and 20 cups.

wideopen231Thanks that one looks promising. Have tried 4 and all want quantity or huge price. Business is business and understand . Hell if could buy 400 or more I wouldn't need coated just replace.LOL
