I’m looking at purchasing Transynd and the product I had prior was TES 295 by Castrol. Now it is Castrol Transynd TES 668 and says backwards compatible to TES 295. Is this what others are using now?

I normally keep the 295 on hand for the commercial accounts. (Their units). The 668 was released in Jan 2021. I have been trying to locate the 668 at a moderate price. Right now the prices are all over the board.

Transynd TES 668 is a new product made by Castrol and approved by Allison Transmissions. From the looks of its description on the container, it's a product designed to keep the amount of clutch dust in a Allison transmission down, with smoother shifts.
I'll stick with the original Transynd, the shifts are good on my PG, as is.
