On mine we preheated and TIG welded with Inconel 600 TIG wire. ____________________________ 2017 and 2018 Osage Casinos Tulsa Raceway Park No-Box Champion 2018 Div4 Goodguys Hammer award winner

Thank you. At least we figured out what is wrong, I am not a welding expert. I understand basics and had a fair amount of inspection experience but as far as process parameters I don't even know where to start. I hope to get some good input. Likely going to be a self repair so I want to make sure we have a good process understood. BG

About 25% on one, then move to the other, then back, etc... Didn't have ends on the tubes yet either so it wasn't quite as critical yet for that part. We still put the bar through it and used pieces that have a shoulder cut to fit inside the tubes out on the ends. ____________________________ 2017 and 2018 Osage Casinos Tulsa Raceway Park No-Box Champion 2018 Div4 Goodguys Hammer award winner

I’d stitch weld it. Ya gotta love the diversity that Inconel filler material provides! Just don’t use it if it will require machining afterwards. It’s tougher than wood****** lips.
