Edmond Ellison outlasted a stout field to carry the $12,500 warmup race on day one of the ATI Performance Products BIGFOOT 75K, stopping the always tough Gary Simpers, Jr. in the finals. In the semis, Simpers advanced past Trish Witt, and Ellison held the bye. A big gamblers race ensued, and for the third straight year, Nick Hastings earned the $3,000 check. Hastings got the win light over Martin Flegal, who was doubled deep into the program. Seth Lancaster and Lucas Walker were the semifinalists. During the Gamblers, Brandon Michaels scored a PERFECT RUN... and backed it up with a 4 pack on his bye the next round! Congratulations on adding your name to Loose Rocker's historic list of perfect runs! Saturday's $75K Main Event will include a time run for ALL entries. Double entries need to be ready to load the lanes at 8:45, with burnouts at 9am SHARP! Remember, you may get a single day 75K entry and Double in Sunday's $12.5K and still get the Weekend Entry discount.

Soggy Dunn made Loose Rocker history with the main event victory in the ATI Performance Products BIGFOOT $75K, our biggest payday to date. Dunn pushed out Nick Hastings to earn the huge $75K Eagle trophy. Tim Douglas was the lone semifinalist, while Lucas Walker and Chris Stephenson made it to the quarterfinals.

The ATI Performance Products BIGFOOT 75K event wrapped up with the $12,500/Win Finale, and one of the most brutal set of ladder rounds in Footbrake racing. We had to take a spare bucket of zeroes down to the timeslip booth. When the dust settled on the battle royal, multi-time NHRA Stock World Champion Lee Zane made the last minute trip pay off with a textbook set of runs. Although his opponent Chris Plott, driving Lucas Walker's Mustang, came up red in the finals, Zane executed his lap with precision to put an exclamation point on the day and earn the Loose Rocker Eagle trophy. What else can we say about Nick Hastings? The young man has collected a win at every BIGFOOT event for four years, adding a Gamblers win this year, as well as graciously receiving the $75K Main Event Runner-Up. Hastings also opened up the season with both a 10K Win and a 10K runner-up at the St. Patrick's Classic in March.
