with the 2 new millions for next year it sure would seems appropriate if the 2 existing ones would change there name to almost a millions

i'm just pointing out that since there are now 2 races paying a million or more how can you call your race a million if it maybe pays it

They had the name first so why should they give it up.

How about because they have NEVER paid a million?

They both have the ability to pay a million dollars. So what difference does it make?

A lot of races advertise their 'potential' payout. I don't see why these are any different.

Maybe it's a good example of the value in a guaranteed purse.

If the Million got the car count of the guaranteed half-millions, it would pay the million.

Of course, that's an awful lot of risk.
