The switch I posted above I can move in and out a little bit but nothing like a button with shims.

I like it because it has a detent before it goes NC. I'm usually up against the detent before releasing.
You could push all the way in for a slower RT.

Last time it was raced was footbrake only I guess. That's why I'm holding the switch.
