Ok trying to download my drag simulator and desktop dyno to laptop with windows 10. Instructions for installing it sates for 95/98/2000 how to do so. Does this mean it will not run in newer crap. If so laptop is trashcan bound if it can't run these two programs I don't need it.

Try this first.

Right-click your program's shortcut or the EXE file and then select Properties. When the Properties screen comes up, choose the Compatibility tab then choose which version of Windows you want to use. Of course, make sure to click OK so it will always open in the mode you set.
