Mike Willi and myself will be hosting the first annual Christmas Tree Extravaganza presented by Racing RV’s. There are still some spots available for the High Roller Shootout on the bottom bulb side, and we are taking alternates currently on the top bulb side. Both of the main races will be all run. Happy Gilmore checks to the winners of all 3 races! Lee Newmeyer Marketing/Product Development; Advanced Chassis lee@advancedchassisllc.net | |||

ATTENTION IN THE PITS! ATTENTION IN THE PITS! We are just under 1 month away from the 5th Annual Practice Tree Hootenanny Presented By Jim Feaster Racing (Feb. 24, 2018). With that being said, I want to update the crowd on what is in store for the Hootenanny. First off, we are giving away more prizes than ever! This year, we are giving back to the racers and assembled a prize pool just over $4,000! We had sponsors step up their game this year and new ones come on board. Sponsors & Prizes - Jim Feaster Racing - 4 cases of 20w-50 Schaeffer'a Racing Oil In Motion Solutions - 3 big checks and 3 name/number packages Dragway 42 - 3 $25 gift certificates for any Dragway 42 event, hats, and decals Biddle Performance Transmission & Racing Products - Free labor on a powerglide freshen up DMAC Designs - $100 to be given away ThisIsBracketRacing Elite - Pair of 1-month "scholarships" to ThisIsBracketRacing Elite Coalburg Racing Promotions - BTE World Footbrake Challenge XII Entry BracketRaces.com - K&N Spring Fling Million Presented By Optima Batteries Entry Stainless Works - Free koozies + decals Wellington Collision Center - $100 to be given away Lee Newmeyer & Mike Willi - 2 entries into 2018's $5,000 main event for the Christmas Tree Extravaganza OPUS Engineering - $50 to the longest haul Special thanks to Wright's Service Center for the building we are holding the event in! At the race, I will explain how someone can win each prize being given away. Second off, we increased the payouts for this year from the winner all the way down to the quarters in In Motion Solutions Animal Eliminator! With huge support last year, we decided to up the ante for this year and GUARANTEE the winner $3,000 in Animal Eliminator. If we surpass 230 entries, then we will pay $5,000 to the winner! There were no changes to the Biddle Performance Transmission & Racing Products Low Buck race and as usual, that race will pay based on entry count and payback all the way down to the quarters. Also, what comes this year is a new format for the BTE World Footbrake Challenge XII Bottom Bulb Blitz. We changed the format from a traditional 32 person shootout to an OPEN field with a maximum buy in of two (2) entries. Next, the Jim Feaster Racing Run for the Oil is making its return for 2018! How can someone be eligible for the Run for the Oil? It's simple. If you get to the eighths, quarters, or semis in Animal Eliminator or Low Buck, then you automatically qualify with one (1) entry into the Jim Feaster Racing Run for the Oil. Finally, we mixed things up for this year with our last race. The OPUS Engineering King of Ohio is a WINNER-TAKE-ALL format with a $100 entry fee and only one (1) entry allowed! That race may be adjusted to accommodate more races, but it will definitely be an intense atmosphere! Lastly, we just want everyone who joins us on Feb. 24 to have a good time with friends and have fun. We pride ourselves on making the event as fun as possible. We want everyone to feel welcomed and relaxed. Free drinks and food will be provided. "The Biggest, Little Practice Tree Race in the Land" is one you do not want to miss this year! My brother, father, and myself will do our best to put on the greatest event possible. We never imagined the race would get this big, but we promise it will only get bigger and better. #PTHV #HootenannyFiveALiveExperience Link to Facebook event page (let us know if you are going or if you are interested in going) - Practice Tree Hootenanny V This message has been edited.
