Yea,I saw it was originally from last year,but I have seen it posted a few places in the last week or so.
So is it passed or not? Because if it still isn't passed,it doesn't look too promising going forward in 2021 and beyond.
I guess it was "reintroduced " in the Senate.

wideopen231hey there is reason for outlaw circuits and this is just one more. I have covered most every law written in regards to vehicles.Two wheel and four wheel.Might as well ad another. Street outlaws dragster style.Hell yea.

Bad NuszFor some reason, I thought it had already been signed into law, but I cannot find evidence of it now.

the Senate - 10/16/2019 Read twice and referred to the Committee on Environment and Public Works.
House - 12/17/2019 Referred to the Subcommittee on Environment and Climate Change.
so to sum it up, nothing has happened.
