Just watched Chris lose first round. Something happened to the car and he slowed, hope he gets it fixed.

smokinjeffThanks M120. Red .003 6th round last night Friday. Sitting out the million can't risk it. Car not following weather. Will race the last 25K Sunday. Anyone here at the Million be sure to say Hi. I have the black dragster without any stickers on it and wing. Also I am the one on golf cat with my wife and a golden retriever mix who thinks I'm sitting in his spot behind the wheel leans on me all the time.

So fr only 320 or so for million. Someone explain why spend money for trip, food, runs and all and then not enter the main event?

Tim Mitchellmight have something to do with the hefty entry fee!

wideopen231Not really that big when you look at total cost of weekend. Heck spent half that to run for 75k even if in 3 races. I can see if your first cpl races where sub par performances be it car or driver. If either one was working good there is noway I would make trip and not be in for the big race. I would skip others first and run only million. Guess I have always gambled for big win.

TORQINRunning the million on Sunday gives many more info to enter the big race...all good IMO.
Let's get ready for battle, the BIG day is here! Cool temps today, cars will be fast for sure!
The entry fee has never changed...more than half of the entries here decided it was not too hefty of an entry fee.

CashflowI've been there a few times and never run the Million. Next time I go I will run it for sure. I agree with Chris, I'm going for broke.

wideopen231Maybe just me. always figured you go to big money race with money for all entries and buy backs and enough gas money to get home.
