Is SRD open again? Can't find a schedule anywhere.

If you are on FB, they have a page. I was working in Savannah area, and wanted to go, while they were redoing the track/shut down area. They’ve been running some lately.

Rumor has it of a March reopening.

Cool...they used to run some nice money events...

New timing system. No points races. No schedule. That's about all I can find.

Is this the old L and L dragway or a different track?

New timing system going in.. Word has it of a May opening date..

This is NOT the old L & L dragway...SRD is located in Newington Ga.

Yes, new timing system will be installed in a few weeks and then they will host some test and tunes to get everything dialed in.

They went with Accutime, Compulink said it would be a year before they could start the install. Accutime is adding many new features to include stage lock and a program that is similar to true start, not sure what it will be called.

This is not the old L&L dragway. That was in Hinesville, GA!!!

A year later and I'm still looking for a schedule. Are they racing? If so, how does anyone know?

They actually opened the end of last year and held a few races. Track is closed right now, Rumor has a late Feb opening, depending on weather.. The is no website per say, Just a Facebook page..

I see they have started T&T. Any word on bracket racing?

Not yet, but when they do it'll be the day of probably. lol Nah, Iv'e heard after another T&T day that they were gonna plan one.
