CashflowThieves!
Most of us have experienced the pain of having something stolen. I’ve noticed lately several people have been victimized.
Just today someone lost their trailer and race car. DO SOMETHING PEOPLE!
Don’t wait till you become the victim. Put a GPS in your trailer and maybe even your race car. Put an alarm system in. Lock your gates, put a big chain through the wheels, get a dog but do something. Don’t let the scumbags get away with it.
Okay, I’m off my soapbox now.
Clowns to the left of me, Jokers to the right. Here I am.......

Canted ValveMany good suggestions. Looking at the big picture, percentage wise, it's a given theft is going to go up as the economy declines. Desperate times call for desperate measure, that axiom applies to thieves as well. The GPS suggestion seems to have a lot of upside potential.

RPROGASYou folks need to know how to set up a couple of M18's to protect your stuff. One #2 cap per unit, some well placed trip wire and you are good to go. Remember: Rounded side faces AWAY from your rig.
Don't forget the ear protection, them critters make a lot of noise.
Bob
ps: Regardless of what you hear they can NOT be recycled.

CURTIS REEDVern, you are right thieves are scum. I have double locks on the tongue, a large chain through my wheels and suspension, my alarm connected to my trailer and I have insurance.
I figure the best I can do is try and inconvenience the thieves enough to run them to my neighbors stuff. If not that is what the insurance is for. I guess it isn't really all that neighborly though. LOL

Bad NuszMy garage driveway exits to the alley at my house, so I cannot monitor it very well.
I was weary of all the tom-foolery that was always going on, so I put up a nice IR trail camera above the garage door, to at least catch still photos of whatever moves back there.
I noted one morning that some a-holes snooped through my tow vehicle and kyped some junk that really wasn't worth much, especially to a thief.
I looked at the pictures and recognized one of the perps as someone I knew from when I worked in corrections. I turned the pics over the the police, and it turns out the guy was on parole, so they took his @ss back to the Pen.
It's been months now and the State's Attorney's Office is dragging its heels prosecuting the guy.
