Can't imagine what was going through that tow truck drivers mind. People are so inattentive. We have had a rash of people getting hit working roadside lately. Troopers, tow truck drivers, road workers. It sucks for people just trying to do their jobs. Cops, tow truck drivers or anybody else that works alongside the road a lot will tell you, all those flashing lights on the vehicles give ****ty drivers a target to aim for. I work with a bunch of linemen and they say it's almost a daily occurrence that they're high stepping (if not flat out running/diving) out of the way of people who get target fixated on the trucks and/or warning lights and head right towards them. | |||
