San Diego has many homes for sale because people are leaving the State, they can no longer afford to live here.

Water bills have substantially increased one San Diego home owner's water bill was $2900 last month. So has the expense to heat your home (from $2.36 per therm to $7.91 per therm). My next door neighbors heating bill was $1,100 last month. This week the Water District sent us a notice that the sewer bills are increasing by 30% over the next five years. A individual home bill increases $137.

People here are intentionally damaging their cars then submitting claims to cover the Body Shop bill. The issue is they aren't using that money to pay the Body Shop, they are using the money to pay down their credit cards, which they LIVE ON. Now the Insurance Companies figured out what was happening so they are refusing to send the check to the car owner but instead are paying the Body Shop directly.

We are losing our retired neighbors nearly every month, many are moving to Texas or Florida they simply can't afford to live here any longer.

the future of this country is young families will chose where they will live and work based on their political affiliation, ensuring their freedoms won't be taken away and more important their children won't be indoctrinated into the far left ideology and lunacy. Florida and Texas are the 2 RED state front runners but Florida could easily flip to blue. The big cities and their unions drive whether a state is blue or red. NY, NJ, PA, Massachusetts, Illinois, California, Colorado, Oregon, Connecticut, Vermont, Virginia to name a few will remain blue states for a long time to come if not forever.

On a smaller scale, went and filled RV witj for 12th time in 7 years. Historiically $24 to $25 each time. Not much load for propane in Florida.

Tab this time was $36 for same amount. A 50% jump in cost for same volume.

Seems all energy up.

Been retired for three years now, (kinda), kept my business license in force, and all my equipment, and if I need a little extra money, make a couple of phone calls, saddle up and go. Somebody is always looking for someone that is mobile to fix stuff that is half the cost of a dealer or a high overhead shop. As long as I am physically and mental able to do it Ill keep it up.

Bankrate Corporation which monitors Car Insurance rates told the local TV News Stations that car insurance in San Diego is about to increase by 15%. Currently the average car insurance in San Diego is $2,200 per year, only Orland and Phoenix are higher.

Yeah lmfao because Biden killed all the pipelines, drilling leases, and new refineries, making the existing supplies of oil so scarce that the oil companies can charge whatever they want. lmfao

You seriously need to stop drinking the Dem koolaid lmfao

Once again this month ALL of my oil & gas leases are down. About 50% less than this time last year I think. Biden ran fuel up to $5.00 a gal from less than $2.00. So now it is around $3.40 and he is bragging that it has come down? Give me a break.

I honestly have no earthly idea why ANYONE but criminals would choose to stay in California, Illinois, or New York.

biDum is selling another 26 M barrels from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) to be delivered to the market from April 1st to June 30th taking the reserve to a new low dating back to 1983. This is on top of the releases totaling more than 260 million barrels by biDum prior. This is an attempt to hold off gas prices soon exceeding $4 a gallon and the political heat it’ll bring to this corrupt administration.

People got what they voted for (including California, they had a "recall" election and Newsome won even bigger).
They should be EXTREMELY happy.
Biden is continuing down his campaign trail to make fossil fuels obsolete (or just stupid expensive) making the gas companies BILLIONS (so he has their vote).

You need to remember, the average working persons mentality from years ago is GONE. It's more about let's all get along, hold hands, sing KOOMBYA, stay home, collect FREE STUFF and live off everyone else (which is exactly what people voted for).

Here in CT electric bills have sky rocketed (about 45%) BUT the System Suckers are getting it for FREE so they don't care and will continue to vote DEM for MORE FREE STUFF.
Not to mention the solar consumers are rioting in the streets because their rates tripled.

Elections have consequences.

RPROGAS I am dead center of NC. Mild weather, no hurricanes, and no people. I forget how many race tracks less than 200mi away. You need to convince the rest of the family to get out also or leave them behind. Only take 1 visit this way to convince them. I have lived in CA a long time ago and have NEVER had any desire to return. Last trip was several years ago to Pamona. Sneak in and sneak out as I was much to long. Sad such a beautiful place can get so politically messed up.

Where I live it’s outside Tucson my heating bill is reasonable because of all the insulation and triple pane glass installed 10 years ago. So my heating bill used to be about $140 a month is now $175 for this 1900 Square house. we’ve had some very cold weather this year with the average lows being 10 degrees cooler and the highs about 5° cooler for the last couple months. As far as my homeowners insurance it’s up 20%, my agent who is a close friend told me with all the policies around the whole US the insurance companies are passing on their losses by raising everyone’s rates to cover their losses In the rest of the country. What I’m worried about is the auto Insurance, last year went up 30% and I bet when the bill comes due it’ll be up another 30%. If that happens the only plan is to raise my deductible to offset the increase.

Forgot to say in the the last 5 years we have had 3 rate increase’s one last summer. Most the increase’s are aimed at above average end users.

Yes, President Brandon kills domestic production of oil, then goes begging OPEC and thug dictators in South America to pretty please sell us more oil, they tell him to go FO, so now he is depleting our reserves. And half this country, plus at least one person posting in this thread, voted for Brandon.
