Nick Duty is one of the best and has ran Texas Raceway during its heyday and later Northstar and
Thunder Valley. He will be a good one for the racers.

"Dunning-Kruger Effect"
-a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they do not have enough knowledge to know they don't have enough knowledge.

Before you argue with someone ask yourself, "Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective?" If not there is no point to argue.

We’ve been spoiled for a long time with Rob in the big chair and a long line of great assistants.

Great to hear we have someone with Nick’s experience and reputation sliding in.

He's been the track manager at my home track for the past 10 years. A better guy you won't find. Knows how to build on a great idea, and is always looking to improve in other facets. Pretty good racer too.
