Bryan, is the "run for the money on Saturday and Sunday a one run, best RT wins? Or best packeage? Or actual round eliminations?

Dave, I don't know anything about this race. I'm hoping JRED will be able to answer some questions.

This race has been on my bucket list, hopefully I can make it.

Run for the money is based on closest to his dial, reaction time acts as tie breaker, who does it first is the final tie breaker . Hope this helps. Nick

JRED,

Haven't decided yet, planning on arriving Wed. afternoon/evening. Is there overnight parking outside the gate?

Thanks,

Dave,

I see you made reservations for the race. Are you running the T & T on Thurs. Dec. 28th?

I'm getting there the 27th in the afternoon/evening. I haven't decided if I'm stacking at the track or staying at the RV park at the fairgrounds next door.

With the year I've had it would be dumb not to get a couple hits before the actual race...All year I've been one or two runs behind....I guess the days of having my shyt together are long gone lol......besides I'd rather drop my trailer at the track than try and park it at the hotel....

If I remember correctly it's a 9-hour tow from L.A. right? So I'd have to leave the valley around 2AM....yuck

Mr. King I would love to but am currently out of a bracket car I can race at any local events.
My Corvette which I have owned for a very long time is no longer mine.
My dragster is running but is has been deemed too fast for summit rule bracket racing.
Trying to convince my wife to bring her Nova down for the festivities. She can race SP and Id race sportsman

Bruce sounds like you have/had quite the racing arsenal. Cool

It would be nice if you could talk her into the festivities. While I have never raced this race or at this track, it sounds like a good a time. If you guys make it, make sure you give me a description of your vehicles & I'll come by to say hello. My car is the red 80 Camaro with an un-painted fiberglass front-end running in Pro.

Dave my son has inherited it. It has become too much work trying to keep everything running, and my space is limited.
The Corvette was my last possession I owned before I got married.
Many mixed feelings about it but it had to happen sooner or later.
Now to find something of equal value for my daughter. Corvette is priceless to me for sentimental reasons. But the fact of it is that its a 30 year old chassis on an even older body. Old race cars are a dime a dozen.

Not to hijack the thread but someone told me that Bruce Williams had crashed his dragster? Any news on that?
