What happened between them? Sounded like there was a fight on Saturday night between the teams in the pits. Seems weird between a TF team and PS team. Keeping the Socialists and NEO-LIBERALS at bay with FACTS one post at a time !!! Freedom isn't free !!! Thank a veteran, they will actually appreciate it.

Elite's golf cart was blocking Hart's team from getting the car back into their pit area. Bunch of he said/she says after that but that's the jist. Mike Greene

If Hart was still in and trying to make the quick turn around, I can see where that would be an issue.......... 272" Spitzer 540 Chevy The Blower Shop XR1 FTI XPM Series Converter FTI Level 6 Powerglide 3.69@199 .916 60' 2017 Bradenton Heads Up Madness Open Outlaw Champ 2018 PDRA T/D #5 2019 PDRA T/D #2 2020 Retired From T/D Competition.... 2020 Bradenton NMCA Hemi Shootout Winner 2021 getting back into bracket racing with a Gen3 Hemi powered 87 Cutlass.

I knew Friday morning that there was going to be an issue pitting Elite across from a serious TF team. I think you would've had fewer issues if it was a non high budget TF team since they're typically not in as much of a hurry. But those guys are well known for leaving their 3-4 golf carts scattered in front of their pit. It was obvious that eventually, someone was going to block Hart's dragster after a run since those guys like to swing it in butt first to make their turnaround. It occurred on Saturday after Q4. So time wasn't technically pressing since the 'day was done'. A member of Hart's crew asked the old guy (Hartman's dad?) if he could move the golf cart since it truly was 'in the way' and only needed to be moved about 10 feet forward. The old guy replied, "F you. Deal with it." Words were shared and either Richard Freeman or his brother started shoving and throwing haymakers towards Hart's crew. It wasn't pretty. The old man's wife (Freeman's mom?) was in the thick of it trying to pull him out. Every time you thought it was over, here comes another shove and then another haymaker. Thankfully none truly connected but guys were a little cut up from it. There are videos of it but apparently none have been put out there. I told my guys not to post it on social media because if it was us having a scuffle with another team I wouldn't want it put on social media either. They agreed and buried it. The next day (Sunday), NHRA had someone parked right in front of the Elite camp after each round of Nitro (until Hart was eliminated) to make sure it didn't happen again. Elite also kept their golf carts inside their pit space. It's not a wise idea to park TF across from PS or PSM. A FC is one thing. But a TF is much longer and golf carts become an issue since PS and PSM get a little testy when you try and ask them to move something. Where as in the Nitro ranks, you're typically trying to move your stuff BEFORE you're even asked because we're always trying to stay out of each others way. It's the polite thing to do. Salina's guys even helped us push us in after we lost E1 simply because they knew Mike was going to roll around the corner in about 30 seconds and we needed to be out of the way. I still find it comical to see PS and PSM flying through the pit, honking at the fans to move and honestly being a tad too dangerous, all so they can adjust some valves, work the transmission, change the oil, and refuel. Why are they in such a hurry to do so little? LOL I guess they just enjoy being in a hurry for nothing. Matt
