I ordered a vinyl number/name kit from them 10 days ago and still haven't received a shipping conformation like the email from them said I would. I emailed them two days ago about this and have not gotten a response. Give Lee a little time, as he and his wife are dealing with her cancer. Ive read she is doing better, but for all we know, she could have had an issue. You have to put in the effort, to get anything out of it. | |||

I've used them the last few years. The first set I ordered shipped in a couple days but the one I ordered earlier this year took about 2 weeks to ship. The decals always look great. | |||

I ordered from them more than 2 months ago and will not get a response from them if they are still in business, or to just get a refund. I know people are going through things, but at least a response would be appreciated. I bought my own vinyl machine and made them myself. But I am still out $200. | |||

Agreed I have had my $$$ refunded by my CC company.
