Is this track open and running any kind of bracket program?

No...not at the moment. Harrisburg IL, Benton IL, Hardinsburg KY, Bowling Green KY, or Paducah KY are what we have somewhat local at the moment. Who knows on GER...would love to see it back open, but not looking like that's gonna happen real soon.
