Beginning to look for new rachet straps for the Sunfire. I use a 20 foot dovetail trailer and just looking for some input on what you like and don't like in a rachet strap. Thanks for your opinion. LC

Little Chief, I will be driving to Dallas soon, so if you want, I can detour to Kauffman and look for the one we launched near there. Smile

Note to DRR racers, you had to be there to understand. We launched a ratchet strap around the driveshaft, through the back glass. Little Chief [Monte] thought he had lost an arm. All three of us in the truck were covered with glass! We never found the stray; we figured it was in orbit.

Anywho, the Macs strap from Motorstate are excellent. NASA is tracking one.

I like the twisted hook ends for my setup.

Agreed. I liked that I could get twisted hooks on one end and flat on the other end with Macs. I prefer swivel D-ring floor mounts for my door car also.
