SFG Promotions, Inc. is cancelling the FTI-SFG Big
Fiddy event scheduled for July 17that Darlington Dragway to avoid an oversaturation
of Big Money Bracket Racing in the area that weekend.


"We lost a bunch of racers from the Maryland and Virginia area because this new
reschedule date conflicts with the special Jim Harrington Memorial race at Cecil
County [Dragway] in Maryland,” says Kyle Riley, CEO of SFG Promotions.



"Additionally, many of our racers who held a SFG credit competed at the highest
paying drag race in history: the JEGS-SFG $1.1 Million. So with a number of racers
withdrawing and temperatures expected to be in the mid 90s for the event, we’re
going to go ahead and cancel. It’s in the best interest of all involved, most
importantly being our racers.”


Those SFG racers that will hold a $750 credit to SFG events following this decision
can use their credit in the following ways:
* Apply credit to JEGS-SFG 500 at South Georgia Motorsports Park for a $1250
pre-entry price (paying $500 at the gate)
* Apply credit to inaugural SFG $900k-to-win event, July 4, 2021 for a $1750
pre-entry price (paying $1000 at gate)
* Apply credit to 2021 Super Bowl of Bracket Racing (triple $100Ks) at Darlington
