I know most here on this board have a generator of some sort for some purpose. I have two, which I use for emergency power, at the race track, and other stuff. Problem is, it's hard to find repair parts for them. I found a website that lists pretty much any generator that's made, and all the parts available for them. The website is: https://www.generatorguru.com Mark Goulette Owner/Driver of the Livin' The Dream Racing dragster www.livinthedreamracing.com "Speed kills but it's better than going slow!" I've found the parts for my Generac by listing the part number from the manual on E-Bay. TAKE IT TO THE BANK!!!!! Later, Bill Koski

I have bought parts from GeneratorGuru and usually on some import generator I get roped into fixing. I do NOT work on portables for the most part anymore if I can avoid them.... No profit and too many chances for trouble....to many import brands and mostly all made in China.... Plenty of other work comes my way on Onan's as well as other machines from generators to welders.... Occasionally if we have a big storm or power outage event I get bombarded with portables or requests to fix them and do what I can on some....
