jeremy341aDid you product fail? If not you are in violation of the terms and conditions and therefore it is wrong. Some poor guy might not know any better and lets you exchange them but that still doesn't make it right.

imakehpAre you returning the spray guns because they're dirty/not working? Or are they defective?
If just dirty (in need of cleaning) then you're just being lazy and maybe immoral. If they are honestly defective, why not use the insurance you paid for?
I can understand buying a $20 gun and throwing it away after one use...anything I buy at HF i understand its probably a one time use (hopefully it works for what I need this one time)
I never buy the insurance because I'd never rely on HF tools for a living.
As far as being immoral, I think it's more of a "just do the right thing in life"
