Your not the only one in CA that has experienced the rate hikes according to some of our friends out there.

I own several rentals in Cali and Nationwide Insurance dropped all of them including my shop. In 24 years not one claim. Nationwide and a dozen other major companies left California because of the idiot governor never doing any preventive brush control. Obviously resulting in huge fires and huge losses. I did find a comparable company that does landlord policies at a reasonable rate. Newscum has to go!

Just purchased a new house last week. New build, 3150 square feet, sitting on 9 acres. Home owners has 1 million in personal liability, plus all the normal stuff like replacement costs. 550 a year for the policy

My house is just over 3000sq ft on 5 ac with a 52X40 garage here in NC. Property tax is $1300. I don't know if thats good or bad and I could get a senior discount but don't because I get it on my place in MD. Tax there is $3500 after senior and homestead discounts on a property worth twice as much as the one here in NC. Here they get you with a personal property tax on vehicles and none of that in MD + no yearly inspection. All my vehicles are registered in MD. You got to work the system.

I began clicking on the $39.00 ads on facebook and everyone I followed to actually get a quote ends up with either usaa or progressive?
Quotes are way over what I pay now!

I've been with USAA for almost 35 years. You would think I would get some sort of discount with 2 new vehicles and 2 trailers (full coverage 500.00 deductible) I just paid my bill last week, 1800.00 for 6 months. I keep checking but it pizzez me off to get hounded by a half dozens agents trying to sell me, when all I want is an on line quote.
House insurance is 3000.00 a year on a 40 year old 2500 sq ft house.

In business you do not want to let your political (or any other controversial subject) views be known. You do not want to choose sides and if you do you are alienating and running off half your customers.

While I pay attention to Politics and I know what I am talking about I try to keep my mouth shut about it so I do not run off stupid people.

Looks like Gieco may be making similar mistake to Bud Light. They are choosing sides and running off others. No matter what side they choose you are running off others, just do not go there.

I do like to present an good point of view in hopes of them changing their mind but fact is if they stupid no amount of me arguing with them will make them any smarter. They still stupid. They are still voting. They are still reproducing. We are doomed.

There is nothing I have seen even now that makes me think Biden won the "Election" fairly in 2020.

There is nothing I have seen in the last 5 years that makes me think Biden is competent and has his full mental capabilities. What was a surprise is Biden Pardoned him for ALL CRIMES COMMITTED AFTER JAN 1ST, 2014. Money Laundering in Ukraine for Biden Crime Family, Child Pornography, giving drugs to a minor. Not just crimes Hunter was charged with but all others he has done.

Few things here. 1. Biden is a LIAR and always has been.
2. President has the Right to Pardon who ever he wants but I think it is wrong for him to be able to Pardon Friends and Family. We are not allowed to serve on the Jury for Friends and Family why is he allowed to Pardon family?

3. Giving blanket immunity for crimes he is not even charged with yet makes me think there will be more blanket Pardons for the Biden Crime Family before he leaves.

Everyone knows the Biden Crime Family is laundering money, stealing it from us and giving Billions to other Countries while family and friends get kickbacks in the millions. The Deep State would not go after them for that but this is a sign of things changing.
We all know Deep State is going after those who oppose the Democrats like the TEA party Obama attacked with IRS. Obama used CIA and FBI to go after Trump. Biden used DOJ to go after Trump and those same people never went after Hillary or Biden Crime Family? Obama? Clinton killing machine? Clinton fake Charity scam?
