Always run the tallest front tire you can fit without interference or looking goofy. I'd guess you're going to want a minimum 25", maybe 26", depending on your style of racing... If you're pro tree racing, I'd say stay as short as possible, if you're bottom bulb racing, use what helps you find the .000 reaction times, if you're top bulb racing, it really doesn't matter.

Vega might be limited to what size you can run.
I have always ran 26 inch on my cars. Basically in the middle as far as diameter.
Moroso DS2's or M/T ET Fronts.

I have the same car (kinda) 2500 with me in it Vega with ladders, struts, run the 10.00 index. 23" tires with pro tree brake to hit the .400 tree.
I liked 24's because it was easier to load, but with my car 24's to 23's was a significant tree difference.

Box or no box? changes things, if box use what looks good if no box find a set and see where u are at PSI can make it work may have to adjust the size. RPM too, and a pro brake or a reg brake will change things tooThis message has been edited. Last edited by: HR3377,
