My project is a friends 91 3/4 ton Suburban 5.7 TBI. It is running real rich. Doesn't matter if it's when first started or after it gets warm. He said it's on it's 5th or 6th ECM. Replaced CTS and plug, TPS, IAC, and does not set any codes now. New plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and throttle body gasket. Fuel pressure is 11 lbs. Both injectors check at 1.5 ohms and duty cycle looks ok when I checked it with my Fluke 88.
Thinking it must be something in the throttle body. Either the fuel pressure regulator or the injectors. Doing a rebuild on the throttle body next unless you or someone else has a better idea.

J178REDJust going home from racing all day got taken out this fifth round by guess who, Yep you guessed it it was Jimmy I spun real hard losing 4 tens At the 60 foot I was glad he was here so I can give it to him later I told him that was his belated Christmas gift he lost in the six there’s always tomorrow
I forgot to say I treed him , So I did look like a huge loser laugh out loud
