He**, i have to cook 2 10 Lb hams, do 15Lb of potatoes (Mashed). This year I'm doing the hams in the oil less "Big Easy" Going to try some Bourbon mix for the glaze.

Mince meat pie hard to come by these days. Last time I had any REAL mince meat pie was up in Lancaster, PA at an Amish place. Was it ever good. 70 here today getting ready for Gainsville next week.

Love that area. Ate at the Stockyard. I think also it was the Greenfeild Inn, The Revere Inn and Brassery?? We were building Aerials ALF in Ephrata. Did the tour of Blue Balls, Intercourse and some others. Pretty cool. Yeas I have the shirts from Intercourse Fire Dept
