Cheer up my friend just when you think it could not be worst , someone drops a bomb in your office.....
We are not open on Monday, UPS said they dropped 42 boxes at our residential address at 10:53 am signed by BBBB .... This is a business that never been opened on Monday, we have been in same location since 1992!!!! Then they tell me it will take 8 working days to do the investigation.... what the heck.... this is close to 350 line items with 80 being specials orders for Christmas......
Hey you guys remember this UPS mistake , I got most of it only 8 box's really lost. Just stock stuff got lost , last customer special order came on Dec 23rd... OMG just in time....LOLThis message has been edited. Last edited by: J178RED,

I would love to have my stuff a day late but 2 weeks.... I always wonder who would think they are anything but Useless .... One out of 10 boxes I get is smashed. One out of 15 is broke open and missing items.... this is a daily experience... I receive on average 300 boxes a week and they keep me very busy with there very poor service , I feel bad for my UPS driver as he also feels my pain but has no control over what goes in his truck without damage....
