Scott Taylor in his beautiful Chrome Worx Camaro featured on DRR won the $15k warm up over APD's own Randy Scheuer in the Ken Bear Motorsports dragster.
Long delay at Dragway 42 as the track had timing system issues this morning and racing was halted during the first part of dragsters 1st round.
Afters hours of work and testing the decision was made to revert back to the beginning of the day and give everyone a time run for confidence. It looks as if the problem is fixed and racing resumed.
Gonna be a late one. Not sure how long they will go, but from what it sounds the plan is to go as long as possible, assuming finish in the AM and then roll into Saturday's race when this one is completed tomorrow.
The revised schedule is to race until 2nd rd is completed tonight and start rd 3 at 9am sharp and run the 50k until completion. Then new entry time trials for Saturdays 75k with rd 1 to follow. So anyone that want to run for 75k you have time to get here. Also if you want to run Saturday and Sunday you can for only $675 - 75k-25k which is a $50 discount from the the advertised price on the flyer.
