I spoke to Dennis at DRE on 4/20 about repairing my diaper. I sent it in 4/21 at the post office. The repaired diaper was in my mailbox today! You can't beat that for service from DRE and the USPS. Constantly hear everyone complaining about customer service and I have had my problems too. The one thing I've not had any problems with is my deliveries. USPS, UPS and FedEx have always done right by me.

You must be in a good location. Our mail went to hell a few years ago. Lol. That reminds me that I need to takes some measurements for Dennis to sew me up a custom diaper.

Honestly I'm in a great place for deliveries. My mail service is great, rural route and they come by twice a day sometimes if they have a lot of packages. My UPS guy and even the FedEx drivers do a good job. Possibly doesn't hurt that I treat them well and offer drinks and bathroom access. I know that's only at the end point but for some reason the systems work for me.
