Little ChiefQuick release steering wheel hub
I have a Strange sfi quick release hub on the Sunfire that's a few years old. But in that time have had the wheel off and on several dozen times. It has a very sloppy feel to it when on the shaft and I just don't care for the feel. I there a simple way to take up the slack or a better mouse trap? Thanks for any input. LC

David CoveyNo way to tighten it up that I'm aware of. Replace it.
I went with this one this time..

Larry WoodfinMonte and Dave, I have the same experience. The Strange unit I bought for the S-10 project came out of the box with too much "wiggle."
In addition to the one Dave has posted, which looks good, Alston has a similar design, a triangle, that works great, nice and tight yet snaps on easily.
Monte, I had the Alston unit on the Firebird, the white Camaro, and the Super-10.
I plan to order one Alston kit and will order one for you as well. Check it on the Alston site and let me know.

Jodie JentAnother vote for the Motion Raceworks version.
Steering wheel only fits one position and it fits together nice. Not sloppy like some have mention on others. Go to their site and look at it.
