instead of ignore feature how about a blocker

We all know site has ignore that allows you to not have to read reply from somen who you rather not hear from.

Instead of a ignore I was wondering if they could have a block tab that allows you to block certian replys from being posted.Heck ignore is useless because somebody will always quote the ones you have on ignore.
