I just want to give some love to Moser. I recently broke an axle in my roadster. It has a bit of an oddball set up. I called Strange originally. It took multiple calls to finally get someone to answer, even though I was leaving my name and number trying to get a call back.

Once I did get an actual person he said that they normally wouldn't want to even mess with something like I have but they could make them and they would not be returnable. I understood that and said let me email you all the numbers on your dimension sheet and you can give me suggestions on how to get back to a more normal number then. If I had to buy or even machine myself new hats for my brakes then so be it. He said he could do that.

No call back and I had gotten his name and extension so I called and left my info on his voicemail multiple times. Then I started calling the regular line again leaving my info to get a call. This went on for over a week and I gave up. I called Moser and spoke to a someone who was more than happy to help. Offered ideas as we discussed my set up and said it's not a problem we can knock that right out. Ordered on a Thursday and had my parts the next Wednesday afternoon.

Moser will be my go to from now on if I need rear end parts. They were fantastic to work with and made me feel very comfortable with the transaction.

I didn't even consider calling Mark Williams because they once told us that they didn't want their products to be associated with a program like ours. LOL Granted this was quite a while ago and it was a stick shift car with a Dana rear.

If Mark Williams said they did not want your program associated with their products I would gladly honor their request.

The timing of this post really is special for me. My son twisted an axle on his dragster. Strange 4 link dragster housing. Couldn't be more standard.....for strange. Call strange, and they seem to be completely lost on the product......going into their housing. finally get an order placed, and he tells me it's gonna be 8 plus weeks. WTF? Called Moser mid week and they shipped friday. Strange has fallen into a dark place.

sounds like one appreciatges business and otherf is too busy wityh others to mess with your lil butt. So sc rew them and spend your money with those who appreciate it.

Nice to to hear praise forr manufacture who earned the business. Now days too many have the take this or leave we don't care attitude.

I`ve had good luck with Moser. When it`s time to put a 9" in the Firebird they`ll be the one I call.
